Brazil was awesome, even thou I’m exhausted I would do it again! My parents and Dan got along very well ~ we had a great time, Busy Busy, but great!
- Wednesday We left home about 4 Am to CVG Airport, went to Miami for a 4 hours layover – after that we flied to Sao Paulo, got in the Airport about Midnight, and my Grandma was there with Aunt Sandra, Pedro, Ariela and my Aunt Marisa. ~Dan almost went to jail for not paying a box of matches $0.30 – very funny! We hanged out there that night
- Thursday Our plane to Curitiba was very late so we didn’t get there until like 10 am, got home so tired, we had lunch and slept for the rest of the day. Mom was waiting for us with a key lime pie; she cooked lunch and dinner ~ very good! It’s so nice to see mom and dad, I miss them so bad. At night Gabriel, Julio & Andrea came to visit with us, he is just about Benjamin’s size but doing other stuff, Benji almost walk, claps and does “so big” while Gaby waves bye-bye and it’s like very hyper and biting everyone. I think he learned too because since he’s being biting everyone and everything.
- Friday The time changing got up to our brains – we can’t sleep until 2 am then next day we can’t wake up until Noon! So again we didn’t do anything, but we had people over later that day. We met Nicolas – sooo cute and sweet – Thiago and Dan had lots of Fun trying to communicate, I think! Hehheeh And Katia – of course looks great!
We took Dan to Wal-Mart, to “Barriga” Mall and just a quick drive to the park – It’s being rainy for two days now, which has kept us home as well the guests.
- Saturday We woke up at Noon again and went for a hair cut, I had my nails done as well my wax… it feels great. =)
For lunch we went to BATEL GRILL for churrasco– it was very delicious, and we had to rush back home to see Wanda that was waiting with most of her family to see Dan, after they left we barely had time to get dressed for church – it was really nice! “Daniel’s God is the Best”~Amen.
For dinner Dan tried Brazilian style Pizza, with Catupiry… About 11 pm Erika, Paulo, Ariane and Carol came over, we talked until about 3 am, it was very nice to see them! Oh how much I miss my friends!
- Sunday A supposed quick stop at Tia Sueli’s house became lunch; we had a homemade Churrasco, Ana was there and it was very nice to see her… The food was good and it was a very nice time. Dad stopped by for us to see the lot we are thinking about investing on and after that we drove to Sao Paulo – to Tia Sandra’s house; didn’t get there until 10 pm. In the way we saw a fire going up to the forest… It was a great time driving with my parents, like in the “old times”, brought me back a lot of memories.
Dan was anxious to hear the score and the Bengals made us proud again! They are going great – Actually they are first in their division! ~ Claudia went to the game instead of Dan and she said the game was good & a lot of rain too.
- Monday Tio Luiz made Feijoada! Hmm – it was very good and we had dinner at Tia Rosangela’s house – Tio Paulo cooked my favorite Eggplant rice – it sounds gross but it’s delicious! The Boys and Dan got a long very well. I had a blast watching them! Speaking in English and playing, I think Dan left there with a Migraine. Mom and Dad left ~ it’s already getting sad… It’s getting harder and harder to leave them the first couple of times.
- Tuesday Dan took a Metro ride with us to Tatuape Mall, also we went for a tour at my Grandma’s old house and stopped by Tio Carlo’s Pharmacy. I went to church in Bras with Grandma and Tia Marisa, but we got there almost at the end but it was worth it. Basically everyone came to the airport to say bye. Gigio was also there, he was coming to Miami to work.
- Wednesday We are back home, I believe we all had a great time – resuming our trip it was very delicious and a lot of people – that was basic it! Meeting people and eating their food eheh. Benjamin was great at all the times and I got the opportunity to see my dear family that I miss so much again. Dan thinks I have a BIG FAT GREEK BRAZILLIAN FAMILY! J And guess what? He is right! And I love them!

Yesterday Friday we went to Steph’s baby shower and I thought it was a lot of fun - we all had a good time and the food was awesome… we got her a box of diapers, a photo album (That I made and I was so proud of it - it looked so good), some scrapbooking stuff as well all sorts of baby bath products. He got Madden 2006 for his b-day - pretty cool, I don’t know what to get him - I’ll wait until we get back and see…

The past weekend
was a very busy but relaxing weekend…
I had 3 days off - it was awesome - Friday Claudia and I had people over - this brazilian girl came Gisele, it was a lot of fun! And Amy and Mara stayed for lunch and we had a pretty plesent evening, Priscilla came over as well and we were all talking and working on the “wedding Day Survival Kit” for Melissa - her shower was Sunday and that was ok - I saw most of our family what is good; we got her a nice gift and I hope she enjoyed the one I made myself… It’s hard to read her, hard to tell!
Saturday I went to church with Claudia - later we went shopping and to do groceries and meet Melissa and Rufino (quick deal but nice time…)
Lots of family time; we had lunch at this new Mexican place - AWESOME food for so cheap! Wow… seriously! =)

It's being so crazy for me and really for all of us - *Benjamin - Dan - House - Work # 1 - Work # 2 - and Myself! But it's being good!*

The Party yesterday was good - much better then what could have being - still we alsways expect more deep down - but besides sales it was great!
And Today's event went much better than I expected! I'm getting good on talking to groups of people - I being trying hard to get my english clear and talking slow! =oP
Benjamin is more beautiful everyday - doing a couple steps from here to there - in no time this boy will be walking! Stading on his own and adventuring himself thru the place. Up and dpwn the steps and open and closing things....

Andrea is home with Benjamin • he is “Much more cuter” everyday!.
I had to drive Claudia all the way out in the Country • in the mean time Andrea had a Flat Tire • which is not a big deal but it was kind of funny • I’m such a dump that I stopped in the wrong side of the highway so • there it was Andrea crossing back and forth in the middle of the highway! Gosh! It’ was hilarious now that I think about it!
I don’t feel so good of my stomach • it’s kind of yuck for a few days now…
And Beth had a car hack yesterday • basically lost her car! What a mess…
It’s October the witches are out there Booooo! J
And I’m here bored to death! Wishing I could be home with Benjamin! Oh dear!
I’ll get Melissa’s shower gift this week • I’m not looking forward to this party but at the same time I feel like I should try to get involved with Dan’s family. I really don’t think they care anyways… - whatever!

HAHAHA FACS got evacuated because someone smashed CEREAL!!!! and droped about 5 bags around the building! That's what happens when you hire a bunch of kids! The good part of it is that Dan got to be home around 3 Pm – We loved it!
I went to the Doc - she was talking about me having something like MS - it kind o scared me! I’m having a MRI done and some other tests done this week. Anyways - Let's see, let's pray!
All I wish is to see my son grow up – be there for him – teach him, all thou I’m not very good at teaching hehehe..
Nobody taught Benji how to - but now when he gets mad he just trough himself back - with all his straights and MAD! Or if he is playing with a toy s and gets frustrated he just shake his legs like - MAD! It’s so funny - at the same time - its sooo bad! He needs to learn how to behave! And I’m so bad at this… I like to let him do whatever he wants to =oP
Benjamin in the other hand is such a good WOW! He's defenely growing fast - he is now sitting by himself! Like sitting down – not crying anymore - he just starts to bend down very very slow and tries to touch the floor… it’s so cute!
Today at the grocery store there’s this other mom with her (probably same age as Benji) baby, every aisle Benji smile at the baby – and was always looking forward to going to the next aisle to see the baby again! We had a awesome morning - he was making faces and wanted to cuddle - Oh… he melts my heart!
We took him to the Renascence Festival yesterday – it was so cold!
Saturday we went to church and it was really nice – I had a blast – it’s being a long time since I had such a nice time. Maybe the fact that there’s no “cloud” around everyone anymore it turns out to be quite a fun time!
Melissa and Rufino came over yesterday and that was nice too – I hope they had a good time because we did! =)
Frances went to visit Lilly – hopefully they will get their stuff resolved, I may be wrong but I think they weren’t talk for a while.
I’m starting with all my projects for x-mas and stuff – Just found out that one of the girls here at work got fired so I’ll have more hours what’s good because we need the money bad– HOWEVER I have so many things to take care of! Feels like I’m going to have a hard time getting all taking care of!

Thank God is almost over - Benjamin and Dan sick - Dan and I not talking!
We were all going thru a hard time! I'm so happy we are over this! Yesterday was a glorious day when everything got back in track almost by itself! It was amazing and sooo relaxing! I hope we get to have a nice weekend after this!
The Bengals play in Sunday and they are doing so good... I hope they keep up with the good work!
The renascence festival is going on too- and that's always fun (to me) expensive thou... Maybe I’ll take Claudia since she never being there. I’ll tell Mara too (We are talking again • she apologized, I did too)
Benjamin - yesterday held his bottle all by himself! Like we say in Portuguese "When the water touches your Butt you’ll get up!" He was hungry - no one was there... He did it!
He is doing so well - I can believe how blessed we are with this child! He is all about touching… I think he likes the feeling of his hands touching someone else’s skin! It’s so nice to receive his love. Beautiful boy • that I have so much love for.
I want for the three of us to have so much fun • to have a fun life! What matter the material things you have? Guess what? A Hurricane, a tornado… whatever can take EVERYTHING you have in one second! But not the love you have for people. I want to enjoy every second of my marriage, every second of my son. I love my dear guys so much!

I think I may be pregnant again (witch it doesn’t mean BABY right the way • because I have the “bad” history) but somewhat concerns me… we’ll know in about a week! It really feels like because I being feeling so horny lately each happened during Benjamin’s pregnancy. All thou every time I look at Dan I want it anyways…It may be so critical because we haven’t talk for a couple days… What ever God wants • it’s fine! 2, 3 10 Kids • As long as He gives me wisdom to raise them by His word.

We were all going thru a hard time! I'm so happy we are over this! Yesterday was a glorious day when everything got back in track almost by itself! It was amazing and sooo relaxing! I hope we get to have a nice weekend after this!
The Bengals play in Sunday and they are doing so good... I hope they keep up with the good work!
The renascence festival is going on too- and that's always fun (to me) expensive thou... Maybe I’ll take Claudia since she never being there. I’ll tell Mara too (We are talking again • she apologized, I did too)
Benjamin - yesterday held his bottle all by himself! Like we say in Portuguese "When the water touches your Butt you’ll get up!" He was hungry - no one was there... He did it!
He is doing so well - I can believe how blessed we are with this child! He is all about touching… I think he likes the feeling of his hands touching someone else’s skin! It’s so nice to receive his love. Beautiful boy • that I have so much love for.
I want for the three of us to have so much fun • to have a fun life! What matter the material things you have? Guess what? A Hurricane, a tornado… whatever can take EVERYTHING you have in one second! But not the love you have for people. I want to enjoy every second of my marriage, every second of my son. I love my dear guys so much!
I need to tell Dan about this Blog • I always forget! I’ll e-mail him.
I think the lap top will make our lives easier • as well not having a second TV (Dan broke it yesterday • as well our wall)
Weight Management? Whatever • One day I’ll take care of that! I think I may be pregnant again (witch it doesn’t mean BABY right the way • because I have the “bad” history) but somewhat concerns me… we’ll know in about a week! It really feels like because I being feeling so horny lately each happened during Benjamin’s pregnancy. All thou every time I look at Dan I want it anyways…It may be so critical because we haven’t talk for a couple days… What ever God wants • it’s fine! 2, 3 10 Kids • As long as He gives me wisdom to raise them by His word.
Went to the Dr today • working on my machine!

I cannot believe how smart Benjamin is - I think it's just a "mom" thing.
I can't get over how much is has grown!
Now he's taking out the circles on his toys - he can't put it back yet but still... that huge! (For me!)
I can tell in a blink of an eye we'll be 20 and I'll be old! =oP
My weight? No comments! =oP
Anyways – Some people are coming over today to watch the game – I haven’t clean the house or anything… I’m so bit up!
Benjamin has his first cold and can’t sleep well – it’s being 4 days now! I feel so bad for him, it’s so sad; his little nose has a rash! (It that how you spell rash?! Oh well!)
Claudia is camping (again) and I’m happy she is – it’s her only fun time!

Benjamin is the cutest! *Now he eats like an adult – chewing, chewing… almost never chokes anymore.
He hold things really good – crawling of course is not a problem! Standing up w/ any kind of support! But last night for the first time he sat down by himself!
I think he’s saying “Dada” now too – I’m not sure, can’t imagine such a little guy talking – but twice after Dan left the room he screams “DADAAAA” – And MAD! It’s too cute! =)
And as of 8/30 he has a girlfriend - Ava - He was so gentle and delicate with her - So cool!
He brings so much happiness to my life! Ohh yea! My life… talking about it!
Besides using this blog to register Benjamin's development also want to keep track of my weight loss journey! (Yes, I’ll call a journey – It won’t be easy!)
I decided that I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and DO something about it!
I'm always blaming in USA - "AMERICA MAKES YOU FAT” All thou I do believe that I changed a lots after I moved here –
Here’s our life:
1. Winter is like ½ of the time – So you sit down in front of the TV to watch sports OR whatever show we can’t miss an episode! (Survivor is on at this time). Eat, eat and eat – that’s the fun we have!
2. Summer – ice cream, ice cream, ice cream – Cookout, cookout, cookout – Eat, eat and eat again! All summer long! Dan fix my plates like he does his and guess what? I eat it all!
“Eating and drinking and hoping and sleeping… Eating and drinking – and after you do – You will be Faaaat, you’ll be faaaaat” Do you like my version??? Haha
3. Fun – Friends. I miss my real friends from Brazil! They were so cool; we always had so much fun! Here, most of my so called friends are Dan’s friends – they barely know my name. Our family – we barely see. And the few friends I have, either are single woman – so they don’t want to hang out with Dan and I; or they are way older then us – so is boring! =oP
4. In many ways you cannot be kind of people – you can be “loving” – I used to consider myself very caring and loving – always concerned about my family/friends and about anyone around me…But here, in USA anything you do is “Sexual harassment” – or you are a SLUT! So – I was tired to be “misunderstood” by everyone that really didn’t know me. And I believe that this was the first change I done to mess up myself! To make me the bitter person I’m today!
In Brazil we are all about hugs and kisses – touch has healing power!! I love to care, kiss & to hug! You can never do this here!
Now - it doesn’t matter what people will say – I just hope Dan will support my “change” – or my “back to normal” change. I’ll love, kiss & hug, (Maybe a little less touching then the Brazilian way- witch is not a sexual thing, at all) – I’ll do as a loving and caring person I KNOW I’AM! It may sound crazy – but maybe I’m crazy!
Anyways – Besides wanting to love others again, and loose my bitterness I also want to loose weight – as I mentioned like 10 sentences ago - Today I’m 190 pounds! (How depressing) I mean HOW Encouraging! I’ll get there! 154 #s – that’s my goal! I done YMCA CSC for 30 minutes last Tuesday – Tomorrow I’m going again. I’m so sore! =) It’s kind of funny hehe! I’ll do it – You’ll see!
A couple things came to my mind:
“I’ll get by, I’ll survive…!” – GD
“I can do everything through him who gives me strength.” – (Amen) Philippians 4:13
