Lica's Anatomy

“Nobody knowwwwss….”

I don’t usually go to Drs., but within the past 6 weeks I being at Dr. M´s Office 3 time. The coolest thing – or not – is that all three times we met in the parking lot, got into the elevator together, and talked – side by side – like the Drs. On Grey´s Anatomy. So if you think they exaggerate in the show, believe me, they don’t! You can have a pretty long “small talk” in that minute or two!

3 Months old

Noah has being talking so much, getting a pretty good feeding/sleeping pattern and so developing awesomely

– Today for the first time (precocious to me) he reached for a toy and took it to his mouth… played with it for a while.

Smiling, smiling and smiling 75% of the time – Eating the other 25!!! =)

His passport is giving me such a big headache. Tri-Heath messed up our last name so we are behind on all the paperwork, we are leaving so soon and still no passport – I’m freaking out!

Friday's Post: Strong

Today’s bible study was pretty good. Since Dan is still home I didn’t have to worry about Benji. We read Luke 5 – and Dari had such great things to share with us. I feel so good in my heart about this woman. As we talked today, we have good friends there, sisters, woman we are intimate with (not in a sexual way) that we can share fears, thoughts and much more! I’m so glad it’s turning out to be much more than I expected!

Thursday's A different Thursday

Today Dan stayed at home sick. So he stayed with Benji for me to go to LLL meeting which was *very good* Lots of good information!

Dan went to the Dr. and ran to downtown to get Noah’s birth certificate, stopped at the groceries and showed up with flowers today – how sweet was that?????

BirthdaySS

Sunday after the Bengals game went to Frances’s house – she had a nice dinner for Mike’s birthday. Benji was so good.

Then Tuesday him and Kristen came over for a Brazilian Dinner – that was good.

– It’s mom’s birthday today, so:
“Feliz aniversario mamae! I love and miss you SO much.”

Welcome Thomas!

Tati had her baby: Thomas, our Godchild this past Friday November 3rd. He was 7,9 ponds, 20.5 inches long! Very close to Noah’s measurements, just a little more and Benjamin…

It was the first birth I was able to participate in (but not on labor - LOL) I was so excited and happy to be there! She nursed him not long after he was born. It was very special for me having her sharing this awesome miracle!

Homeschooling on Ellen - by Roseanne Barr

I being debating about home schooling for a while, trying to figure it out if it’s my call or not!

Besides feeling on my heart to do it, I see how Benji is growing and on TV all those horrible things happening on schools (even the Amish school!)

God has giving me plenty of hints (Shelly, our neighbor, the mom I met at the car dealer the day my car went for service- Donna, people from church and just al around my surrounds) then today Roseanne Barr was on the Ellen DeGeneres show today, and this are her words:

R - Ya know, I homeschool my son, he is 11, so I don’t have time for anything – besides school, school, school, I don’t have time for a carrier, I don’t have time for a life, anything else
E - So you sacrificing it to raise your child?”
R - Yes!
E - And that’s important!
R – Sure it is!!!

(Then they talked about how Roseanne’s son is turning out to be like)

R - And I would recommend that for al the parents who can – to get their kids on homeschool!

Not that I personally would have Roseanne was a whole model… but
Lica says: Oh boy! =oP
