So after the closing program for VBS was over today everyone went to Tati's house for ice cream and AGAIN I was gonna skip the walk - so instead I went to my walk; Dan took the kids to T's house... so besides skipping the ice cream I also got 45 minutes in! Not a whole lot but again - better then nothing! =) and Still resisted the ice cream and COOKIES when I got there!
There's a comercial out there - for some granola bar, I can't remember which one now but anyways... it says:
"One good choice leeds to another!" =)
I say: Let's live it up!!!!
